Someone please explain this..

I just went to Wikipedia to look up GWB's political history, but when I clicked on his name for the entry, I got this:

I got that by going to http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/George_W._Bush .. I'm putting the whole URL here to prove I wasn't going to anything else.

WTF? I mean, despite my feelings about GWB, I find that truly tasteless.
