in case of mis-send...

I heard a report on a recent research the other day that 70% of women who suffer from migraines, get them within a few days of menstruation. As such, I'm starting to keep a record of when I get migraines and when I menstruate privately on here, simply because this is the most convenient location for me. I am locking them, but should I mistake that at some point, this is my warning to y'all to comment to me to lock it if I forget (that way I get immediate email).

Yes, this is what I use private locking for on this thing. Nothing damning, just something I figure no one else wants to read. :)
