Best cookies ever.

I just made the best cookies of my life, and they're made with BEER! Dogfishhead Palo Santo Marron beer to be exact. Here's the recipe:

Gingerbread Beer Drop Cookies

1 stick and 3 tbsp. butter
1 cup sugar (1/2 cup splenda)
1 egg
1/4 cup molasses
4 oz Palo Santo Marron Dogfishhead beer
2 1/2 cups flour
1 tsp salt
1 tsp soda
1 tsp cinnamon
2 tsps ginger
1 tsp cloves (heaping)


* Sift together flour, salt, baking soda, and spices and set aside
* Cream sugar and butter
* Add egg, molasses, beer and beat well
* Add the sifted ingredients
* Mix until the batter is smooth
* Drop by small spoonfuls until cookie sheet
* Bake at 350 for 10 mins

Makes over 3 dozen cookies.
