Er, didn't we just take Baghdad anyway? I mean, even if the administration is recognizing (like I didn't assume they would) that taking Baghdad isn't taking the country necessarily, that only took three weeks. What's the need for this? Threatening the remaining military? I thought they were surrendering in droves?
