I have a house!

Well, to be more precise, I have directed a bank to buy a house and I am paying them money. Theoretically, at some future date, I will have paid them enough money to actually own the house, but more likely I will sooner find someone else who will direct their bank to buy the house from my bank.

Whee!

But in any case, I am now responsible for a piece of property, which means I don't have to ask permission to do stuff like... paint, own a cat, make major renovation changes, etc. Yay!

I actually would prefer the underground olympic sized swimming pool.

As long as you don't build an incest dungeon, I think you're ok.

Yah, that story has been creepy.

I'm sure the cat finds this idea amusing.

Congrats! Welcome to home ownership.

Yay!!!

Congratulations, homo-ner. :D

grats

Congrats! I am so happy for you :-)

Congrats!

Congrats gwendy! welcome to the poor house!

So.. pics?

Ironically, the house payments are going to be less than we were paying for rent. In fact, we're going to pay twice the mortgage each month, and still save 25% of our monthly payments.

At least, that's the theory for after we're out of our apartments. There is some unfortunate overlap this summer, so I'm poor for a bit. :)

Congratulations!
